There was an issue that triggered the sending of more than one welcome email to the site you may have received yesterday. Rest assured that this issue did not affect your customers in any way and it has been resolved. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
You can now include your company logo in the failed payment and all the other notifications we send on your behalf. Head on over to dashboard/settings to enable it. After you enable it, go to the emails page to see an example.
